By creating an account or using Connecta you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.

2. What you can't post

• No content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, harassing or that threatens others.
• No content you don't own or have permission to share (including stolen videos). Copyright owners can report content in the app.
• No spam, scams, fake accounts or misleading ads.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You allow Connecta to host, show and share it inside the app so the service works. You can delete your content at any time.

4. Coins, payments and creator earnings

• Coins are a virtual item used inside Connecta for gifts, tips, tickets, subscriptions, paid messages and ads. Coins have no cash value outside the app and purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Creators who meet our monetization rules can earn a share of revenue. Payouts are reviewed and approved by our team and may be withheld for fraud or breaking these terms.

5. Ads

Advertisers are responsible for their ads. We may reject, pause or remove ads that break these terms.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. If your account is suspended you can send an appeal from the login screen.

7. Disclaimer

Connecta is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by users.
